TSA Cares provides information and assist on security procedures aimed to help individuals needing additional assistance to better prepare for the security screening process.
- Traveler’s Aid is a service available at select airports that provides additional staff who can give written directions to gates, social stories with pictures, and help travelers with disabilities. In some cases, 1-1 assistance on the day of travel may be provided staff permitting.
- DOT Aviation Consumer Protection Division is an online consumer information and education resource specializing in aviation consumer rights. Travelers who experience disability-related air travel service problems may call the hotline at (800)778-4838.
