Please join Open Doors Organization for our 10th Universal Access in Aviation (UAIA) at the Omni Houston on November 3-5, 2026!

About UAIA
Universal Access in Aviation (UAIA) provides a unique forum for dialogue among key stakeholders in the aviation industry worldwide. Attendees include representatives from airports, airlines, airline service companies, suppliers, government agencies, and travelers with disabilities.
Held biennially by Open Doors Organization since 2006, this two-day conference fosters an open exchange of ideas and best practices focused on improving customer service and accessibility for air travelers with disabilities and older adults.
As in past years, UAIA will kick off with a Networking Cocktail Reception on the first evening, followed by two full days of presentations, panel discussions, and a mini-expo. Breakfast and lunch included.
On November 3, Open Doors Organization will also host both Airline and Airport Symposia before the official opening of UAIA. These closed-door sessions bring together industry colleagues from across the U.S. and around the world to discuss shared challenges and explore potential solutions. Attendees from airlines and airports are encouraged to arrive early to participate.
