Complaints Resolution Official (CRO) Initial Training
Open Doors Organization regularly offers Airline Complaints Resolution Official (CRO) training at major airports in the United States such as New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. These classroom-based group trainings allow air carriers to conveniently train one or more new CROs.
The 1 day program provides training by experts with disabilities and includes both an in-depth analysis of 14 CFR Part 382 and a Disability Awareness Training Module, also required for all frontline staff under the Air Carrier Access Act regulations. This course, which has been audited twice by the US Dept. of Transportation, is comprehensive and includes real-life examples and solutions.

CRO Refresh Training
As required by Part 382.143(a)(1): You must ensure that all employees performing the CRO function receive annual refresher training concerning their duties and the provisions of this regulation.
This webinar is updated annually to help CROs meet the annual training requirement in a convenient way, while still keeping up on the latest information.
