ODO’s new Online Aviation Disability Awareness & Sensitivity Training is a self-paced, interactive course that covers appropriate language and how to assist travelers with a wide variety of disabilities. It also includes a review of ACAA Part 382 and the requirements that ensure equitable access to air travel.
