Arianna Halpert is a dynamic program manager and passionate advocate for accessibility with a deep-rooted commitment to equity. She brings over six years of experience in grantmaking, cross-functional project management, and nonprofit operations, and has earned a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University.
Before joining Open Doors Organization, Arianna served as the Senior Program and Grants Manager at the Ralla Klepak Foundation for Education in the Performing Arts, where she advanced initiatives supporting performing arts access for disadvantaged youth and individuals with disabilities. While there, she led the review of over 200 grant proposals, streamlined documentation for more than 50 programs, and helped distribute over $4 million in annual funding to organizations servicing underserved youth and individuals with disabilities. Her collaborative approach, data-driven decision-making, and ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships were instrumental in ensuring impactful, sustainable programming.
Her capstone work at Northwestern University on the MTA’s surprise budget crisis and ongoing commitment to inclusive mobility reflect her belief that transportation access is a fundamental right. ODO’s dedication to making travel, tourism, and transportation more accessible for people with disabilities is both inspiring and essential. She is honored to contribute to its mission, as it aligns perfectly with her passion for accessibility and transportation equity.
As a Program Manager, Arianna supports ODO’s ADA and ACAA accessibility training, research, and advocacy efforts to further expand its reach and continue breaking down barriers in the industry.
