Bailee graduated from Ball State University in 2021, majoring in Hospitality and minoring in Travel and Tourism. Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician, Bailee worked after college in Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, teaching children with autism. She is dedicated to making the world more accessible for people with autism and individuals with disabilities more generally. This new position at ODO enables Bailee to combine her love of travel with her passion for people.
