Yiesha Beamon is a seasoned leader with an impressive background in Operations Management. She has worked for renowned companies like DaimlerChrysler, Carrier Corporation, and Amazon. Yiesha’s expertise lies in strategic planning, project management, and building meaningful connections.

Prior to joining ODO, Yiesha was the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager at Republic Airways where she demonstrated her commitment to creating inclusive environments and expanding opportunities for women and minorities. She is highly regarded for her dedication and passion in this field.

As ODO’s Project Manager, Yiesha is responsible for planning and organizing the Universal Access in Aviation (UAIA) event. She also represents ODO at industry conferences, conducts disability awareness trainings, and is leading the development and deployment of The Tag, a new initiative for ODO that provides travelers with assistive devices with an informational tag to help airline ground handlers safely handle and stow wheelchairs and scooters.
