31st Annual International Technology & Persons With Disabilities Conference (CSUN)

The “CSUN” conference is the world’s longest-running and largest conference of its kind on the topic of assistive technology and the positive impact on persons with disabilities. At this year’s event ODO’s Pat Pound and Katy Rosseland will present findings from the 2015 ODO Market Study on American Adult Travelers with Disabiities.

Passenger Terminal Expo and Conference 2016

Passenger Terminal Expo brings together airports and suppliers from around the world. The conference each year includes a panel on passengers with disabilities. Thanks to the sponsorship of United Airlines, Eric Lipp will be attend this year on behalf of ODO.

National ADA Symposium

This annual ADA Symposium features speakers from the Department of Justice, Access Board and EEOC among others to teach, review, and provide updates about the Americans with Disabilities Act.

2016 LEAD Conference and Training

The LEAD (Leadership Exchange in Arts and Disability) Conference is the preeminent event in the field of access to the cultural arts for people with disabilities and older adults. WACRA 2016 Conference

The Worldwide Airlines Customer Relations Association is a world-wide organization of air transport professionals dedicated to: Promoting and encouraging a free exchange of ideas and methods to provide a consistently high level of customer service; Providing a forum for the mutual exchange of such ideas and the means for successful related cooperation among air transport enterprises; and Cooperating with and providing liaison to the Air Transport Association (ATA) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
