2021 Complaints Resolution Official (CRO) Refresh Training
As required by Part 382.143(a)(1): You must ensure that all employees performing the CRO function receive annual refresher training concerning their duties and the provisions of this regulation.
This webinar is updated annually to help CROs meet the annual training requirement in a convenient way, while still keeping up on the latest information.

DOT Final Ruling on Services Animals
