ODO Disability Awareness Training from ACI Online Learning Center

Produced by Open Doors Organization for Airports Council International (ACI), “Passengers with Disabilities and Reduced Mobility Awareness Training” is the first module in the new ODO/ACI series. Additional courses will be forthcoming in 2011 and 2012.

This two-hour, self-paced eLearning course is geared toward airport and airline customer service staff as well as management. The course is designed to meet Disability Awareness Training requirements mandated in the US, Canada and Europe and to improve customer service worldwide.

Stowage for Ground Operations – Train the Trainers Quarterly Live Webinar Series

This 60-minute live webinar, held quarterly, is brought to you by Open Doors Organization and Global Repair Group and hosted by Web Event Solutions. CRO Refresher Training Webinar–Newly Updated

This On-Demand Webinar, hosted by Web Event Solutions, was created by Open Doors Organization to help airlines meet the annual training requirements for their CROs in an inexpensive and convenient way. Cost per person is just $49 US.

This newly updated course includes the latest rulemaking and guidance from the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) as well as details on recent DOT enforcements.  The one-hour webinar also focuses on sections of Part 382 which need further interpretation and explanation.  Course highlights include:
